Site situation: The project is located in Anhui, and the crushing requirement is to process the material into materials that meet the size. The equipment required for crushing iron ore is all assembled on a mobile vehicle-mounted device. The entire mobile crushing station can be moved at any time. Large pieces of iron ore raw materials are evenly and continuously fed into the jaw crusher using a vibrating feeder. First, coarse and medium crushing is carried out. The jaw crusher can process large pieces of iron ore to less than 30 mm. The discharge is screened by a circular vibrating screen. The qualified ones enter the cone crusher for medium and fine crushing. The unqualified iron ore raw materials return to the jaw crusher for coarse crushing until they are qualified. The cone crusher can process iron ore stones to a particle size of less than 10 mm. It is also screened. If it meets the demand for finished products, it can be transported to the finished product warehouse using a belt conveyor. The ore materials that do not meet the demand for finished products will be re-entered into the cone crusher for fine crushing.
