Site situation: The project is located in Shandong, and the crushing requirement is to process the material into materials that meet the size. The iron ore is evenly fed by the vibrating feeder and transported to the jaw crusher for primary crushing. The materials after primary crushing and the fine materials screened by the vibrating feeder are transported to the transfer pile by the belt conveyor.
The iron ore that has been primary crushed is transported to the impact crusher by the feeder. The impact crusher is a common equipment for the second stage crushing of iron ore. According to the user’s requirements for the size of the iron ore, it is crushed to fine, medium and other crushing levels. After two crushings, the iron ore is screened by the vibrating screen. The unqualified iron ore is returned to the impact crusher for further fine crushing. The qualified iron ore material is the finished product.
