Site situation: The project is located in Yantai, Shandong. The crushing requirement is to process the material into two raw materials: stone and sand. The stone is sent to the mobile jaw crusher for coarse crushing. The finished product after coarse crushing is directly conveyed to the crushing chamber of the mobile cone crusher by the conveyor belt, and then screened by the screening machine. The qualified finished product is conveyed by the conveyor belt to the vibrating screen for fine screening. The unqualified material on the screen is conveyed by another conveyor belt to the coarse crusher for re-crushing. The whole process runs smoothly, with low power and fuel consumption. The machine can operate independently, saving labor management costs.
